Pastor Joel Molina
Pastor Joel Molina is a graduate of the International Grace Bible Institute in the Philippines and Grace Christian University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His wife, Darcy, is also a graduate of Grace Christian University. They met during college years and served the Lord as missionaries in five different countries around the world since 1990. Their ministries involved church planting, leadership development, seminars, seminary director, and a Pastor of the International Grace Church in Kabwe, Zambia.
Director of Evangelism and Outreach
Dwight decided to follow Jesus from a young age, it’s been an adventure of stepping out in faith as he has served overseas doing missionary work, church planting and evangelism. Dwight is currently director of Prison Mission Association part time and so this opportunity to help part time with outreach at Bethesda is something very dear to his heart. Dwight and his wife, Darlene, have been married now 36 years, have 4 children and 3 grandsons. They live in Burnsville, MN. Darlene is a pre-school teacher at a Montessori school.
Dwight has a passion to see souls saved and churches planted here in America and around the world! His life verses are Gal.2:20 and 1 Cor.15:58. Pastor Dwight has been teaching and preaching for the past 36 years across USA and overseas.
Beth has been the secretary for Bethesda since January of 2008. Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the congregation. Outside of being the secretary, she loves to work in the AWANA program, which she has been doing for over 40 years. She has also taught Sunday School, worked in VBS, and helped direct our Children’s Christmas Program.
She has been married to Tim Osterlund for over 34 years and they have three children and two grandchildren.
Rhonda has been the bookkeeper at Bethesda since 1995. Her attention to detail makes the job both challenging and enjoyable. Apart from working at church, she has been busy home schooling her children all the way through high school. For the past 12 years, she has cooked at NGYC during the summer, serving as the kitchen coordinator for the last four.
She and her husband Paul have been married for more than 20 years and they have three children.
